Overview

COIComply helps property teams review certificate of insurance documents and related vendor compliance information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we handle uploaded documents.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, company, password authentication data, and usage activity. We also collect documents and related information you upload, including COIs, insurance requirements, endorsements, spreadsheets, file names, upload dates, and related metadata.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and manage accounts, receive uploaded documents, prepare COI compliance reports, track free audit usage, provide customer support, send confirmation emails, improve the service, and protect the security and integrity of COIComply.

Uploaded Documents

Uploaded documents are used to provide COI review and monitoring services. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload documents and share vendor information with us. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Service Providers

We use third-party providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and account records, Uploadcare for file upload handling, Resend for email delivery, GitHub Pages for website hosting, and Cloudflare for DNS and related services. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell uploaded documents or customer account information. We do not use uploaded COI documents for advertising profiles.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and enforce our terms. You may ask us to delete account information or uploaded documents, subject to legal, security, and operational retention needs.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and you use the service at your own risk.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your information. Some requests may be limited by business, legal, security, or fraud-prevention needs.

Children

COIComply is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
